Eastdale Village Announces New Restaurant and Bar
The ever-growing Eastdale Village announced back in March of 2025 that a Hudson Valley favorite would open their 3rd location in the Poughkeepsie hot spot.
On the heels of their 20th anniversary, Lola's Cafe announced their 3rd location would be opening up in Eastdale Village. Lola's Cafe already has 2 extremely successful locations on Main Street in New Paltz and on Washington Street in Poughkeepsie.
Eastdale Village shared the exciting news on social media, writing in a statement "we are thrilled to announce that Lola’s Cafe will be expanding into a 6,000-square-foot restaurant in our Village." They add:
You can expect all of your favorite Lola’s finds and new additions such as a large bar with craft cocktails and local wine & beers, Sunday Brunch, and a private dining room for intimate events and dinner parties.
There new Lola's location was set to open at some point in 2026 and it looks like that point...is now!
A Sneak Peek Inside Lola's Cocktails & Kitchen in Eastdale Village
Lola's Cocktails & Kitchen hosted a soft opening the weekend of April 10th, 2026 where guests could get a sneak peek and taste of what the brand new Lola's location has to offer. We were able to attend and were blown away by the space! All of your favorite Lola's classics are on the menu (like the Peanut Noodle and wraps) along side bigger entree plates like chicken and salmon. While the other 2 Lola's locations are small and intimate, the Eastdale location is much bigger but still feels cozy. It felt like you wanted to be a regular there! The staff was incredible as was the food and drinks. There's a full bar area where guests can grab a seat, watch a game or chat with their friends. There's a very good chance Lola's Cocktails & Kitchen will become the hottest happy hour spot in town. Take a quick look inside below:
