A puppy is missing in the Hudson Valley, and its owners are offering thousands of dollars as a reward for its return.

From guinea pigs to peacocks, it seems like nearly every species that lives in the Hudson Valley can decide to wander off... but there has rarely been a reward as large as the one currently being offered for a missing bernadoodle.

Two Dogs Lost in West Saugerties, NY

Several days ago, two small bernadoodles (a mix between a Bernese mountain dog and a poodle) were lost after being last seen on Cole Bank Rd in West Saugerties, NY (below). While the older of the two dogs has been found, a three-month-old puppy is reportedly still missing.

The older of the dogs was reportedly found on nearby Platte Clove Rd., widely regarded as one of the most difficult roads in the entire Hudson Valley to navigate. Now, thousands of dollars are being offered for the safe return of young Sydney (below).

$3,000 Reward for Missing Bernadoodle Puppy

$3,000 is being offered to the Hudson Valley resident who can find and return Sydney to her owner. Comments on the post seem to suggest that while many options including drone searches have been explored, the size of the searchable area and the unfortunate fact that there has not been a recent sighting has hampered efforts.
