The Meadowlark Music Festival, Ulster County's latest festival, returns for it's second year, looking to offer more music, vendors, events and more than before! The festival will run from September 13th through September 15th! The event will have award-winning Hudson Valley ciders, local food vendors, an artisan and maker fair, and more which will be perfect for all ages!

About the Venue: Stone Ridge Orchard

The venue, Stone Ridge Orchard & Farmers Market, is a 200-year-old working farm on 115 acres and will showcase artists within a secluded and intimate setting. Less than two hours north of New York City, Stone Ridge Orchard and Farmers Market in the scenic Roundout Valley is situated between the Shawangunk Ridge and the Catskill mountain range in the Hudson Valley region.

Stone Ridge Orchard will be supplying food and beverages from staffed bars and food trucks. The menu will include wood-fired pizza, BBQ, burgers, and tex-mex (tacos, burritos, quesadillas). Vegan and gluten-free options will be available. Beverage options include award-winning homemade ciders from apples grown at Stone Ridge Orchard and its affiliated orchards (including Breezy Hill Orchard), local beers, wine, spirits, and various non-alcoholic beverages (non-alcoholic ciders, iced teas, bottled water, etc.). Water will be made available to all attendees at no charge. The event is rain or shine; however, if things look too dangerous, performances may get postponed.

Meadowlark 2024 Comes to the Hudson Valley in September

Meadowlark producer and Modrocker Productions, LLC founder Daniel Leslie, who hails from Hopewell Junction, graduated from Vassar College, and now resides in Brooklyn, describes its inspiration:

“This grew out of a vision shared with some of my musician friends about blending traditional and experimental music in a special, secluded setting. The Hudson Valley is such an epicenter of music culture, it’s the perfect setting for this type of experience we wanted to create that blends traditional music with an edgier counterculture vibe.”

The festival will include:

  • Zero ticket fees – the price you see is the price you pay.

  • Kids age 10 and under get in free.

  • Limited quantity of Tier 1 tickets available – prices will increase once Tier 1 tickets are sold out.

  • VIP tickets include: open bar happy hour (5-7PM), parking included, festival merch bag.

  • General Admission attendees must purchase a separate parking pass for each vehicle for each ticketed day.

  • Friday, September 13th will be ticketed separately at a future date (artists to be announced).
