Like many rebellious teens I was in a band in high school. I played bass guitar in a four piece rock band. Well, we didn't play music as much as we just made noises and drove our parents to the brink of insanity. We didn't have any help. No one was there to show us the ropes. We just picked up our instruments and had to just figure it out ourselves. Playing music is always fun but it was completely unorganized and chaotic and it really doesn't have to be that way.
