Halloween is behind us, November is here, and for some of the Hudson Valley, the holidays are in full swing (yes we know that not everyone agrees).
With the coming of the 'November-December' holiday season also tends to come to any excuse to indulge in some delicious treats, especially ones that we don't have to make ourselves.

Popular Popover Spot Hosts November Pop-Up
Natives to the Hudson Valley are well aware of the hole left when Hudson Ribs and Fish closed up shop, that hole being the Hudson Valley missing out on their popovers, oh, and the strawberry butter that went along with them.
Lucky for us though, those infamous popovers are now available through Hudson Valley Popovers, who have been hosting literal popover pop-ups around the area, and earlier this month, held a sell-out pop-up at the Food Truck Park in East Fishkill.
