Phish to Perform Three Nights in Albany to Benefit The Divided Sky Residential Recovery Program
As a die-hard Phish fan, I’m beyond excited to share that Phish is set to rock Albany for three unforgettable nights, October 25-27, at the MVP Arena! This special concert series isn’t just about catching our favorite band live; it’s all for an amazing cause. Every cent raised from these shows will support the Divided Sky Residential Recovery Program and their new facility in Ludlow, VT.
A Cause Close to Phish’s Heart
Phish's announcement comes right on the heels of their stellar 2024 Summer Tour finale at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, Colo. For those who don’t know, the Divided Sky Residential Recovery Program was founded by Phish’s own Trey Anastasio. It’s a non-profit dedicated to helping individuals battling addiction find a safe, supportive environment to work towards recovery. Located in a beautifully renovated former hotel with stunning views of Okemo Mountain, the program offers a nurturing setting grounded in the 12 Steps, focusing on emotional sobriety and mindfulness.
How You Can Get Involved
The benefit concerts will help make the Divided Sky program accessible to everyone, with partial scholarships available. If you’re a recovery professional, keep an eye out for complimentary gratitude tickets at DividedSky.org/benefit—priority will be given to those in New York State and New England. For those looking to make a larger impact, curated philanthropic experiences are available. Contact majorgifts@DividedSky.org for details.
