A Poughkeepsie woman has been arrested for DWI and presented a fake name to the cops when she was pulled over.The Poughkeepsie Journal reports Christina Sharps was charged with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated in addition to a misdemeanor charge for lying about her name.

During the traffic stop on 9H, Sharps gave police a family member's name. Authorities noticed she was intoxicated and her breath sample came back at .20 which is more than 2 times the legal limit.

The incident took place in Claverack, she was sent to Columbia County Jail and is due back in court on April 14th.

The bottom line is, don't drink and drive. You will get caught.
