More Than Just A Gym

Soon, Raise The Bar in Wappingers Falls will open their doors for business, and they want to let you know that they are more than just a gym, 'we're a community.' According to owner Tyler Muller:

A question we hear often is, ‘Why choose this gym?’ Dutchess County is home to some of the best CrossFit gyms I’ve ever stepped into, and many of us on staff have had the privilege to train and coach at those facilities. What we bring to the table is a true family feel. We pride ourselves on being a team of coaches who not only welcome but encourage every person who walks through our doors. We’ve taken the best aspects of the gyms we’ve experienced, refined them, and made them uniquely our own.

Backed by a knowledgeable and dedicated coaching staff, their mission is to help every member become the strongest, healthiest version of themselves. Whether you are brand new to the idea of CrossFit, or a seasoned CF pro, Raise The Bar will offer a little something for everyone, no matter your age, shape, or current state of health. They'll also be offering a free introductory session that is especially designed for complete beginners.

For those that are experienced with CrossFit, the team at Raise The Bar has experience with coaching athletes at the regional and games level.

As part of our rebrand at Raise The Bar, we’ve focused on building partnerships with local businesses to provide more value to our members and strengthen our ties to the community. Our goal is to be a leading facility offering a well-rounded fitness experience, from training to recovery, at a price that works for the everyday working family.
