Computers, old cans of paint or used batteries lying around? Recycle them this Saturday.Dutchess County residents can get rid of household hazardous waste and unwanted electronics this Saturday morning.  A five-dollar pre-registration fee must be paid by Wednesday at www.dcrra.org to recycle at the event.  It's scheduled from 7:30 to 9 a.m. Saturday at the Rhinebeck Highway Department building at 119 Rhinecliff Road.  Containers of stain, varnish or brake fluid and lithium batteries are just a few of the products that can be recycled.
