The Hudson Valley just welcomed a new Italian restaurant and they already have several great reviews on Google. The Angry Chef opened on November 11 at the former Tony's Italian Restaurant in Marlboro, New York.

The Angry Chef is a family-owned and operated establishment that recently opened its doors. The team is made up of a family of four sisters. Three sisters manage the floor and the youngest sister is the angry chef in the kitchen.

The head chef is 20 years old and has created the menu alongside her father, who is also her sous chef and has been working in a kitchen for decades.

Don't be fooled by the name. It may be called The Angry Chef but the restaurant is warm, inviting and it has an extremely friendly staff. The small family has come together to create a comfortable dining experience with delicious food to enjoy in a cool atmosphere.

The restaurant is located at 1191 Rte 9W Marlboro, New York 12542.
