Rita’s Celebrates Spring With Free Italian Ice

These warm-weather patterns in the Hudson Valley are getting my hopes up, especially because there's a chance of snow in the forecast this weekend. It hurt me to even type that out.

I'm not okay with the snow, but I think we would all be okay with ice...of the Italian variety.

Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard will be celebrating the real spring with free Rita's Italian Ice. According to their Facebook event page, they will be hosting their favorite event, Rita's First Day of Spring Free Italian Ice Giveaway.

You can get your free Rita's Italian Ice on Thursday, March 19th from noon until 9pm. Everyone who visits will get a free Italian ice "in the available flavor of their choice" and it will be served in a special Rita's first day of Spring cup.
