Sales Start At Closing Hudson Valley Macy’s

So we found out just after Christmas that 33 Macy's stores were going to be closing nationwide, including the one located at the Hudson Valley Mall in Kingston. If you had been shopping, as I have at that store within the last few months, it would not have surprised you. I remarked many times, on my last trip there, at how sparse the inventory was, and how few people were in the store.

Macy's has earmarked January 11, 2016 as the day the sales begin in these stores that they are closing. Depending on the store, the clearance sales will be in progress for eight to twelve weeks.

According to a press release Macy's Hudson Valley Mall was first opened in 1995, has a square footage of 121,000 sq ft and employed 72 associates.
