According to calls discovered by TMZ, Scott Stapp of Creed fame threatened to kill the president in a psychotic state.

Scott Stapp's not having a great 2014. In fact, all signs point to his having a profound mental breakdown/problem with addiction/both.

Things just took a way crazier turn.

His estranged wife, on this 911 call, alleges that he made claims that he's on a top secret CIA mission to kill President Obama.
