Saturday Night Live Writers Launch Hudson Valley Based Web TV Series
Longtime Saturday Night Live writers Paula Pell and James Anderson have launched a locally based web TV series called Hudson Valley Ballers.
The show, now on season two, opens the second season with the two meeting Lorne Michaels and quitting SNL. The show follows them as they adjust from life in the city and welcome guests to their Hudson Valley bed and breakfast. Rachel Dratch (SNL) plays the sketchy previous owner of their BnB while other guests include Paul Rudd, Kate McKinnon, Natasha Lyonne, Alex Karpovsky and Lena Dunham.
