Milestone Medicare Ratings In Sullivan County

Quality and patient satisfaction scores are on the rise in Sullivan County, as a recent rating published via medicare.gov has indicated. The CHHA, Sullivan County Department of Public Health’s Certified Home Health Agency elevated their Medicare Care Compare ratings to three (3) stars for Quality category, and an unprecedented five (5) stars for Patient Satisfaction.

With regard to quality:

The quality rating shows how a home health agency compares to others on measurements of their performance, like how often the agency began their patient's care in a timely manner, or how often a patient got better at walking around. A rating of 3 to 3½ stars means the agency performed about the same as most agencies.
