SPOTTED: Lost Sheep Wandering Around the Hudson Valley
Baaaaa! Does anyone in the Hudson Valley know who this sheep belongs to?
Sadly we hear a lot about dogs and cats being lost in the Hudson Valley, but it's not everyday we hear about this kind of animal being lost. I was recently scrolling on Facebook and a few pictures popped up in a local Facebook Group about a lost animal and how one Hudson Valley resident was trying to help out.
Here's what's been happening...
What animal has been wandering around the Hudson Valley?
I reached out to the Hudson Valley resident and she mentioned that the lost animal was located near the Armon Estates Bungalow colony in the Harris/Thompson area of Sullivan County. The animal was heading towards the hospital and it can very dangerous for the animal due to the amount of cars that drive by.
So, what is the animal everyone is looking for?
What lost animal has been wandering around Sullivan County?
An adorable sheep, yes a sheep (not something you hear about everyday). The sheep was noticed this morning and it's unclear how long it has been lost for. The Hudson Valley resident who noticed the sheep said she was trying to help get the animal away from the road and also contacted the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office, but so far the attempts have been not successful.
So, does anyone have any idea who this lost sheep belongs to? Maybe you've heard some chatter about someone losing a sheep in Sullivan County? If you have any details or information please contact the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office.
