Here's How To See $1 Movies This Summer

In an effort to keep the kiddos occupied during these long and tiring dog days of summer, you might be interested to know about a discounted movie opportunity.

Participating Regal Cinemas (and there are plenty in the Hudson Valley), are once again offering the Summer Movie Express, where movie-goers can check out a number of family movies returning to the big screen each week on Tuesday and Wednesday. Showtime is 11am on Tuesday and Wednesday, and the Summer Movie Express tickets will only cost you a single dollar.

But What About Movie Snacks?

We all know that snacks at the theater can add up pretty quickly too, so you'll be happy to know that there's also discounted movie theater goodies as part of the Summer Movie Express.

At the 11am Summer Movie showings, movie-goers will have the opportunity to pick up a $5 'Snack Pack' with a snack-sized popcorn, junior-sized drink, and fruit snacks all included. There's also add on's for an additional cost.
