New Paltz police officers recently found their hands full when they booked back-to-back-to-back DWI arrests in a single night.

Surprisingly, the report didn't come after Thanksgiving Eve (a night full of DWI crackdowns), but rather on the early hours of Saturday, November 30th. Within the span of two and a half hours, three Hudson Valley residents were in handcuffs.

While two suspects were charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), the third was given an elevated charge of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated. "Aggravated" DWI generally implies an especially elevated blood alcohol level.
