I just want to give my thanks to the person who found my wallet at the Poughkeepsie Galleria and returned it to the staff.

Losing one of your most personal belongings is one of the worst feelings in thee world. In 2023 your world pretty much revolves around your phone and your wallet. It's sad but when you're out in public but you're almost lost without either of just one of those things.

I don't know about you but I'm always forgetting or misplacing my wallet. I often forget my wallet in my house or even misplace it there. I rarely lose it when I am out in public but it happened to me today at the Poughkeepsie Galleria.

I had just checked out at Target and then walked around the mall and browsed several stores. I finally made it to Sephora to pick up something for my wife. When I went to buy something I had noticed I did not have my wallet. I retraced my steps before Target with no luck. I thought for sure it was gone. I made it back to Target to find out that someone did return it to the guest service desk.

I couldn't believe it. Maybe I've lost all faith in humanity but I thought for sure it was gone. I don't have a lot of power in this world but I do have a microphone and if you returned it please reach out to me. I'd like to shout you out on my radio show. It was Tuesday, April 25 at around 7:30 PM.

Thankfully, this story had a happy ending but it could have just as easily not have. Thank you the decent person who found my wallet and returned it. I got it back and I think i may owe you lunch or a beer.
