The folks over at Wallethub have compiled a list of the best (and worst) cities in America to set out in search of candy on Halloween night. They used 15 factors in 3 categories to achieve results. Categories included, safety, weather and entertainment. New York City is the highest ranked city or town in New York, coming in at #33.
