The beauty of this world wide web of ours is that we have access to more insanity, more perversity, more surrealism than we know what to do with. So, in order to keep track and emphasize some of the more bizarre stories and individuals out there, a few years back Brandi and I decided to shine the spotlight on some of them in a feature we call "It Came From the Internet."

We've had some doozies in the past, but this one quickly became one of our favorites.
