This Ice Ball Cocktail is a Game Changer

Between the two of us, Brandi is much more of a cocktail person than I am. Actually, between Brandi and anyone, she's probably more of a cocktail person. Not that she drinks more cocktails than anyone, but because she's an aficionado and knows everything there is to know about spirits, how to mix them, what brings out their flavors, and a bunch of "tasting notes" that no one outside of the cocktail world can or would notice. When it comes to that stuff, she's my go-to.

But I've never seen her do anything like this. Cocktail Chemistry is a YouTube channel I just learned about through this video, and they do all sorts of interesting twists on how to enjoy beverages. I would never actually do this because the amount of work it requires is actually oppressive, but hey, if you're more ambitious than I am, I encourage you to not only go in on this, but also send in photos and videos to let us know how it worked for you.
