Not only are our standard pies delicious, but our creative pizzerias continue to push the boundaries on what is possible to include in a slice. Now, Angela's Pizza in Lake Katrine, NY has added a brilliant new addition to their menu.

While they may not be the first pizzeria to offer this new style, video (below) shows that they may have perfected the art. Earlier this week the business shared the announcement on Facebook that garlic knot pizzas were now available... under a few special circumstances.

"Here’s the moment a lot of you have been waiting for! We will now be selling Garlic Knot Crust Pizzas", Angela's Pizza shared in a local Facebook group. "Only available over the phone, we will be asking for at least a 2 hour notice, to be able to keep up with the prep", came the fine print. Needless to say, fans of the restaurant were impressed.

"I personally don’t like garlic but these pies look so damn good", shared one fan. "Yessssss. These pizzas are super delicious!!!!!", said another. While Angela's is already known for classic pies, it seems that they are very boldly entering the special land of Franken-pies... and they're not alone.
