WRRV Concert Announcement: Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness

Andrew McMahon In The Wilderness has just announced a concert in the Hudson Valley. The show is set for Thursday April 7th at The Chance Theater in Poughkeepsie. Tickets go on sale Friday at 10am through Ticketweb.

Andrew was last in town to play a WRRV Atrium performance in December on 2014. Here's a look at his performance of his current single 'High Dive'.

Normally it's the radio station playing the requests, but we pulled the odd move of requesting him play a song. During his time with Something Corporate he wrote a song that mentions Poughkeepsie. Andrew gives a little background on the song in the intro to 'I Woke Up In A Car'.

After having found success with previous bands, Something Corporate and Jack's Mannequin, his current project has propelled him to new heights. Get pumped because he's bringing the show to Poughkeepsie on April 7th.
