It's that time of year again! When everyone who owns a pair of running shoes is considering hitting every single holiday run from Thanksgiving to New Years, if they can manage to avoid pissing off their families with their lack of presence whilst shoveling refined carbs and sugar into their faces. *Sidenote: GOOD LORD I love holiday eating.*
