WRRV Welcomes Jerky Boys Founder To The Studio Friday Morning
Known for his role as founder of the Jerky Boys and for his work on Family Guy, Johnny Brennan will be joining Brandi and Nick in studio Friday morning for an interview and potential hijinx.
Brennan, a Hudson Valley resident, will be taking your calls, so if you have any questions, be sure to call in at (845) 451-WRRV (9778) any time between 9:15-9:45AM. We're expecting a high volume of calls, so don't be discouraged if you don't get through right away.
A voice-over artist, actor and writer, Brennan will be rolling out a number of voices Friday, but you never know what you're going to get. In fact, Family Guy's Mort Goldman just might join us to help us give away some tickets to the WRRV Summer Concert featuring 311, The Offspring and Gym Class Heroes.
The Jerky Boys changed the comedy game. Here's a classic bit from 1993 from their self-titled album. Paul Rizzo is a very motivated car salesman. This bit is definitely not safe for work.
Jerky Boys fun fact: Rolling Stone reminds us the Jerky Boys' debut album reached number one on the Billboard chart, beating out Radiohead's Pablo Honey for the top spot.
