HYDE PARK – One yard.

That was the difference between being 5-0 and 4-1 for the Franklin D. Roosevelt High School football team on Thursday night.

Up 6-0 on Warwick, the Presidents couldn’t punch it in from a yard out in the second half. Warwick then took over and went 99 yards for the go-ahead score at 7-6, and ended up beating FDR, 14-6, knocking the Presidents from the ranks of the unbeaten.

Charlie Cornacchio was there to file this video report for HVSR and Townsquare Media - Hudson Valley.
