When you win a jackpot in the tens of thousands, there are plenty of things you can do with it. Maybe pay off some debt, maybe buy a car, maybe a down payment on a house.

Most people wouldn't think "Oh, sure, I'll start a resort in the Peruvian jungle with my childhood buddy."
