Why Am I Seeing Trucks With LED TV Screens on Route 9?

We live on our screens. I'm literally staring at a computer screen right now. When I'm in the studio and on-air, I'm staring a desktop. When I'm out DoorDashing, I'm staring at my phone. I can't escape screens, and neither can you! Not even the road is safe from screens because I'm catching trucks with literal TV's installed on the sides.

I was DoorDashing recently (more screens), and while I'm sitting at a light on Route 9, I notice a truck with LED screens with rotating promotions parked nearby. You would've thought there was an accident because passing cars would slow down to see what was going on.

This truck, in particular, was promoting Hannaford deals. Funny enough, it wasn't even parked at a Hannaford. There was one a few miles away, but still! It's one thing to have digital billboards on the side of the road, but now we are going to have to worry about them ON THE ROAD?

Funny enough, I covered this same topic back last June. I hadn't seen one of these kinds of trucks since. I remember people on Facebook saying that this isn't new, and that they are familiar with it in more urban areas like in New York City. Great, even more roadway congestion in the city. It may be more common in NYC, but it's still relatively unique in the Hudson Valley

The first time I saw something like this, I was caught off guard when the screen read something different than what I saw a moment ago. Was I tripping out, or was the signage changing. I started paying more attention to the truck and noticed that the screens were changing. I couldn't believe it!

The truck was flashing special deals for Hannaford back then, too. I guess Hannaford has a monopoly of these kinds of things. First of all, I was thinking, those are some great deals! But secondly, how does an LED screen truck work like this? As I got a little closer, I saw a link on the truck which said gbtruck.com.
