WRRV went undercover at Newburgh Brewing Company to find an answer to a very important question. Just how does the beer get in the can? The operation at NBC is obviously different than a large commercial brand. Each can is given individual attention and love.

The cans start on a large conveyor belt and are sent down a track with four spigots that fill each individual can with just the right amount of beer. After that, the cans are sent through the capping mechanism and are sealed. Next up the cans are cleaned and prepped to be labeled. After the label is applied the cans are packaged in groups of four. We could go into more depth, but it's more fun to watch the video.

If you're into live music, consider joining us for WRRV Sessions each month. Simon broadcasts his whole show live and we bring some of your favorite bands along to perform for free. The shows are open to the public and are first come first serve. On March 29th join us for Mondo Cozmo.
