State Police arrested an Albany man after police say he was found to be in possession of cocaine and other drugs in the Hudson Valley.

State Police at Catskill arrested Dwayne L. Bryams, 31, for 4th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class C Felony and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

Officials say, Bryams was driving a vehicle on CR 23B in Town of Catskill and was pulled over for an undisclosed traffic violation. During the traffic stop he was allegedly found to be in possession of approximately 3.5 grams cocaine and 2 grams of marijuana.

Byrams was arraigned in the Town of Catskill Court and remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 secured bond. He’s due back in court on April 28.
