• Formal education in Viticulture/Enology, Brewing, Fermentation Science, or related degree (Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Mechanical Engineering, etc.) required
• 1-2 years of commercial experience in cider production, wine-making or brewing with a strong passion for cider required
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to prioritize and make knowledgeable decisions in a fast-paced, team-focused, dynamic organization environment
• Highly effective multi tasking, resourceful with a 'get-it-done, can-do' attitude. Must be able to function at a high level in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, Process Improvement and Process Control
• Support market and brand requests for: festivals, cider dinners, wholesaler trainings, orchard events, tours and tastings
