Might you have P.F. Chang's in your freezer? The nearest to the Hudson Valley locations of the famous Asian inspired restaurant are in Nanuet, White Plains and Stamford, CT, but P.F. Chang's is really only as close as your grocery store freezer section.

The frozen meals bearing the famous P.F. Chang's name are made by Con Agra foods and they are expanding a recall that was announced last week. The company is recalling 200,000 pounds of select beef and chicken items due to the possibility of being contaminated with metal fragments.

While there has been no reports of illness or injury. The problem was discovered when an employee involved in the manufacturing process, July 1, noticed metal fragments while dispensing sugar into a production recipe. If you are in possession of the recalled items, you are to either throw them away or return them to place of purchase for exchange or refund.
