Update Nov. 16: As I Lay Dying have announced that they've now canceled their tour with Whitechapel and Shadow of Intent. Their full statement on the matter can be read below:

AILD fans,
This may not come as a surprise but due to the global pandemic and uncertain status of live entertainment, we’ve decided to cancel the Burn To Emerge Tour that was set to take place in February/March 2021 with Whitechapel and Shadow of Intent.
We feel this is the best course of action given the circumstances and would prefer our fans to have their money back sooner than later. Please contact your point of purchase for refunds.
We remain optimistic for a long term solution to the Covid-19 crisis and hope to re-connect with our fans in the near future. In the meantime, please take care of each other.

Update: As I Lay Dying have postponed their 2020 U.S. tour into 2021. The group is keeping the same lineup for the run and more details can be found in their statement below:

As I Lay Dying have just announced a U.S. tour with support from Whitechapel and Shadow of Intent.

As I Lay Dying have been going strong since reuniting, following vocalist Tim Lambesis' release from prison in late 2016. Having already sold out multiple tours, the metalcore giants will hit the road with one of deathcore's biggest bands in Whitechapel.

Whitechapel recently released The Valley, which delves deep into the dark history of vocalist Phil Bozeman. "Phil has been upfront in his lyrics in the past about hardships he endured in his life as a child, and I believe with this record we tried to paint a better picture of that," says Whitechapel guitarist Alex Wade. "I feel our music is Phil's release from his past, being able to get it out and speak about it, and hopefully anyone who hears it that may have gone through similar experiences can find some release in it as well."
