Pure Purr-fection: Cat Cafe & Delicious Donuts Are What Hudson Valley Dreams Are Made Of

Everyone's hometown has 'their thing' - that special something that locals brag about to outsiders coming to visit, right? Yes we're the NY destination for apple picking and leaf peeping in the fall, and out-of-town'ers have come to know us for places like Bethel Woods and Mohonk, but what about those little things that make the Hudson Valley special?

Hudson Valley's Homegrown Collaborations

There are a few things specific to the Hudson Valley that truly make our area what it is, in my opinion anyway. Lately for me those things have to do with local businesses creating partnerships and working together to better serve the area.

For example, Handsome Devil, the award winning BBQ spot here in the area that has their own line of rubs and sauces featured at another Hudson Valley homegrown grocer, Adams. Then, of course, Handsome Devil announced a partnership with Bethel Woods Center for the Arts this year, noting that their food would be served at the infamous Sullivan County venue.

Another collaboration was recently announced that is pure puurrrrfection.

Beans Cat Cafe & Peaceful Provisions Beacon Team Up

Perfectly stated in their announcement on Friday August 4th, 'the best collab you didn't know you needed.'

On Fridays, Saturdays and Sunday after 3pm, Beans Cat Cafe in Beacon will be selling extras from nearby neighbor Peaceful Provisions.

This is ONLY for days they DO NOT SELL OUT before peaceful provisions closes, so stop in to see what we've got. To celebrate they made us some special Kitty Donuts, available today only while supplies last!

As Peaceful Provisions put it, they're 'keeping the doughnut party going' at the cat cafe' - but again, this is a while supplies last kind of situation, so be sure to pay attention to their Instagram stories on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays to check the doughnut status if you're planning to hit up the cat cafe for some cuddles and doughnut treats!
