Can Trump Give Out a 2nd Stimulus Check?

President Trump apparently told the Treasury Department to get ready to send out another stimulus check but can he do this?

The coronavirus pandemic continues to takes its toll on local and big businesses as well as many Americans who have been furloughed or are out of work. It seems like both Democrats and Republicans quickly approved the first stimulus package. Ever since the first checks went out in April there were immediate discussions about possibly getting another one.

Most politicians believe that Americans do need another $1,200 but will wee see that money? If we do get another check how soon could we see that money?

The Senate has not yet come to agreement on a new stimulus bill and they are now on a recess until September.

According to Fox Business, though both parties can't agree on everything in the new bill but one thing they can agree on is that a new stimulus check is necessary.

In a recent tweet from President Trump, he directed the Secretary of the Treasury to get ready to send payments to Americans.

Can President Trump send the checks through an executive order? Could we see another stimulus check before the new bill passes?
