Another Upstate Pizza Place Leaves Dave Portnoy Unimpressed
Things aren't looking to good for Upstate New York and the king of pizza.
One bite an everyone knows the rules. You might not agree with it but Barstool's Dave Portnoy is the measuring stick when it comes to pizza reviews. He admits that he has some bias but he tries to put that into account when scoring.
Portnoy is no stranger to Upstate pizza places and he has been visiting the Albany area quite a bit and checking out local pizza restaurants. Portnoy ordered pizza at a restaurant in Schenectady last month and the place went viral after he slammed its pizza. Any publicity is good publicity, right?

The restaurant's score on Google didn't seem to match Portnoy's opinion. The restaurant received 4.4 stars from nearly 300 reviews o Google.
The score of 6.4 is an interesting one because just a few weeks ago while visiting Massachusetts, Portnoy may have had the most uncomfortable review yet. The owner of the establishment came out in the middle of the video to tell Portnoy what he thinks of him and his video series. Portnoy held his own and defended himself. Portnoy expressed he wasn't a huge fan of the pizza but also gave it a score of 6.4.
