Forecast the Hudson Valley’s First Big Snowstorm for a Snowblower
Hudson Valley winters can pack a wallop. We all know the drill. Just when you finish up clearing the driveway from the first blast of snow, another couple inches pile on. By the end of a big storm, your hands are blistered from shoveling and your back is covered in lidocaine.
WRRV and Wappingers Auto Tech & Power Supply want to help you hang up the shovel and get behind an Ariens Classic 24 Snowblower. This snowblower has a 24" clearing width that can move 58 tons of snow an hour. (Even a Hudson Valley winter can't compete with that.)
How do you get your hands on this bad boy? All you have to do is correctly guess the amount of snow the Hudson Valley will see in our first big continuous snowstorm of 6 inches or more without going over. The official measuring location will be outside WRRV's studios at 2 Pendell Road in Poughkeepsie, so keep that in mind as you make your guesses. In the event we don't see a big storm all winter, we'll pick a random entry on March 31, 2020.
To enter, download the WRRV mobile app and complete the contest entry form below from within the app.
