I'm not the least bit surprised. Are you? The cereal aisle seems like it's a mile long.

As we spend more and more time at home it turns out there is one food that's getting us through these tough times.

As many businesses continue to struggle Business Insider reports that General Mills is not only doing well they are actually increasing their operations. General Mills recently announced a 16% in people buying their food.

Is cereal the ultimate comfort food?

It's delicious and easy to make and though it's got a lot of sugar it does have some nutritional value.
