Hudson Valley BBQ Pro Releases New Book

Now that spring is in full swing and summer is quickly approaching, you and your family are probably ready to fire up the grill.

If you have been to any kind of outdoor event or show around the Hudson Valley, you've probably seen Ed Randolph and Handsome Devil BBQ.

Ed went on a journey to discover the best barbecue around the United States and he wrote a book about it.

"Smoked: One Man's Journey to Find Incredible Recipes, Standout Pitmasters and the Stories Behind Them" was released earlier this month and is doing great on the charts.

If you're interested in getting you "Smoked" book signed look no further than the Barnes and Nobel in Newburgh. They will be hosting a book signing on Friday, June 14th in the parking lot and of course Ed will be bringing along his Handsome Devil food truck.
