After five years of hard work, a local family 's Christmas light display was finally ready for prime time

The Sussin Family from Saugerties were showcased on this Monday night's episode of ABC's "Great Christmas Light Fight." The show features the outrageous holiday light displays of different families each week as they compete for a $50,000 grand prize for the best display.

The father and son team of Troy and son Zack Sussin were the third family that was spotlighted on episode four which aired on Monday. Filming for the episode took place back in September. That's when the duo revealed that they only started decorating their house five years ago when Zack asked his dad to help put up some lights. From there, it literally snowballed.
