I Want a Yard of Candy for the Holidays

Forget milk and cookie this Christmas. I think Santa would like an entire football field measured with candy.

A yard of chocolate might be the hottest gift this holiday season.

I guess we're not ready to put the candy dish away just yet. We're moving towards a month from Halloween but apparently we still haven't been able to satisfy our sweet tooth.

I thought this was the time of the year when we're supposed to be getting ready for our favorite savory foods like turkey, stuffing, ham, mashed potatoes and green bean casserole but I guess I was wrong. Candy doesn't seem to be going anywhere this holiday season.

I don't ask for much all year and I've been fairly good boy. I think I deserve a yard of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. Candy for Christmas is traditionally a stocking stuffer. Can you even call these things stocking stuffers? There's no way they could fit. These boxes barely look like they could fit under a Christmas tree.

This weekend at the store I saw the most amazing thing ever. Walmart is offering 3 ft of candy. Have you ever seen anything so glorious?

The yard of candy is available for $14. One yard of Snickers contains roughly 4500 calories.
