Award-Winning Actor Returning To Upstate New York For Special Appearance

Not only do we love the Hudson Valley, so do many of Hollywood’s stars. Celebrities such as Post Malone, Justin Bieber and Jon Bon Jovi have been seen in the area and took pictures with fans.

Stars such as Amanda Seyfried, Hilary Burton and Al Roker have shared pictures and information about living in the Hudson Valley. It’s fun that we could possibly run into these Hollywood stars in our area.

Here’s How We Can Visit A Star Trek Museum In New York State

This month, we can attend an event at a Star Trek Museum in New York State. Located in Ticonderoga, the Star Trek Original Series Set Tour is a fan favorite museum that highlights history, original sets of the show and more.

Shoutout to James Cawley who rebuilt sets from the Star Trek TV series for fans to come together and enjoy! Some of the scenes look similar to the original ones.

If you would like to take a tour, their hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 10am until 5pm and Sunday from 11am until 5pm. Tour tickets are $13 per person.

Admission prices to get into the museum are $25 for adults and $23 for seniors. Children under the age of 5 can get in for free and children who are 5 to 13 years old would have a $13 admission fee. There are first responder discounts for military, police and fire who are active and retired for only $23.

William Shatner is known for being Captain James T. Kirk in Star Trek!

This will take place Thursday, June 25, 2026 through Sunday, June 28, 2026. William Shatner will be on site Friday, June 26, 2026 through Sunday, June 28, 2026. The adult admission tickets are $90 along with other options that are available as well.

What Else Can We Do In The Ticonderoga, NY Area?

While in the area, we should check out all that New York State has to offer. There’s Fort Ticonderoga which is a historical site that has a fort, gardens and exhibits. The downtown Fort Ticonderoga area is great to visit as well.

Lake George is also nearby which provides fun for the entire family! It’s such a beautiful area with scenic views, outdoor activities and campgrounds to relax on.
