A fan Favorite Hudson Valley restaurant has been serving the community for over 50 years, closed. On social media, they shared with their loyal customers that they were counting down the days until retirement.

In August 2024, Eddy's Restaurant made a post on social media about their official retirement and more. They shared,

"Thank you to everyone who gave Eddy’s Restaurant and my dad, Chris the best send off on his retirement."

 

"We truly felt the love with the restaurant packed all week from open to close and enjoyed sharing all of the wonderful memories!!"

They continued to share that they are appreciative of the customers who became friends and family. Eddy’s Restaurant’s owners enjoyed serving the community for over 50 years and how they will see their loyal customers around the community.

Good Eat'n Has Opened In Former Eddy's Restaurant In Kingston, NY

Eddy's Restaurant has welcomed a new business into their space after many years. Good Eat'n has opened in this historic Kingston, NY location.

In December 2024, Eddy's Restaurant made a post on Facebook about Good Eat'n. They shared,

"Come have breakfast tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday at GoodEat’n with a surprise guest cook, who you will recognize for sure, open at 7am!! "

What Can Guests Experience At New, Good Eat'n In Kington, NY?


The Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce provided information about Good Eat'n. They shared that this new restaurant offers

"Authentic southern soul food prepared fresh daily!"

They have special menu items such as fried chicken, baked mac and cheese, grits, hush puppies and more. Their Fish-Fry-Days will be an option for guests.

Good Eat'n is open for lunch and dinner from 11am until 7pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 7am until 7pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Good Eat'n is closed on Tuesday.
