A Bronx man is accused of trying to buy items at a Hudson Valley Lowes with a forged credit card and more. Police believe the man was successful in other attempts across multiple states.

On Tuesday, investigators from the Orange County Sheriff's Office Investigation Division, arrested Henry Concepcion-Ramos of the Bronx for two-counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument, felonies.

At the time of his arrest, at a Lowes in the Town of Wallkill, Concepcion-Ramos possessed a forged New Jersey driver’s license and a forged Visa credit card, police say.

The arrest comes after an investigation from multiple police agencies throughout New York State and other neighboring states.

Concepcion-Ramos could face charges in multiple jurisdictions as well as federal charges as the investigation into his criminal activity continues.

Concepcion-Ramos was arraigned in the Town of Wallkill Court. Bail was set in the amount of $50,000 cash or $100,000 bond alternative.
