Marilyn Manson is back with a new album. "The Pale Emperor" hits stores this week, marking his first release since 2012's "Born Villain." Manson is also set to bring the record on the road, starting Wednesday in Washington, D.C. He's scheduled to close the trek's first leg with a Valentine's Day show in Las Vegas before heading to Australia for the Soundwave Festival.
