The time is coming where everyone is going to be making their New Year's resolutions. Everyone makes different goals each year and it's usually up to you to hold yourself accountable. If your goal is to lose a few pounds or get involved in a sport then you should join a team to make you accountable!

Empire State Roller Derby skates out of the Castle Family Fun Center and they are looking for new members. I was able to go to Chester and skate with the team to what it was all about.

I've been to a lot of gyms and done a lot of different work outs but the beauty of roller derby is that you burn energy while having so much fun. I've got to admit, it was pretty intimidating at first but the team was so helpful. I didn't even know how to skate but I quickly caught on and was skating like I have been for years.

If you need a hobby by sewing and putting puzzles together aren't your thing, this may be the right one for you.
