Over the past couple of months, we have watched the Hudson Valley blossom with more, local businesses. Nothing makes me happier than to see our community expand and support one another.

Have you heard of these new Hudson Valley businesses?

88 Charles Street Restaurant, Sage Moon Botanical, Corey's Pickles, and Strada Grill recently opened in Orange County.

Corey's Pickles even got its own candle! Corey's Dill Pickle Candle was a collaboration between Corey's Pickles and Sacred Herbs

The Vegan Stuff recently reopened its doors in Beacon.

Other local businesses have celebrated their years in operation and success.

Each business brings its own, unique style to the community. It's exactly what we need, variety.

There's nothing better than a warm drink and sweet pastry, that's if you ask me. Hudson Valley cafes bring a sense of comfort, a relaxing ambiance, and a setting that you look forward to visiting again and again.

Calling all foodies, this one is for you!

I was excited to hear about a brand new café opening up in Orange County, NY. Not only does this new business bring locals who are excited to try out their goodies, but they are also bringing a different scene to this town.

This Goshen café is bringing a" Taste of Europe" to the Hudson Valley.

If we can't make the trip to some of our favorite countries at the moment, at least we can feel as if we are there with specialty food options.

Where is Diplomat Café located?

Located in the village of Goshen, you'll be able to window shop, take a stroll on the historic streets, and maybe see a smiling face or two. They are surrounded by other local businesses which is a treat for the entire community.

Diplomat Café is open Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM - 6 PM.

Their delectable menu offers plenty of sweets, European pastries, and a variety of drink options. Drinks such as coffee, Italian espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate, lattes, teas, and more.

Their coffee of the month for April is Honey Lavender.

Diplomat Café also has outdoor seating which gives you the perfect view of the sunset in one of the cutest villages right in the Hudson Valley.
