Will we ever get new music from U-2? After all, the band has kept telling us that 2014 was going to be the year, we all were waiting for. According to a new interview with Rolling Stone.com, it looks like we might not have to wait until 2015 for U2 to bless us with a new album. Despite rumors saying the Irish rockers were pushing the release to 2015, a spokesman for the band tells "Rolling Stone" they've "always said an album is expected this year."  The statement seems to be consistent with Bono and company's reported increase in activity lately.  They supposedly shot a new music video in France the other week, and the "Irish Times" quotes a source who says a new single will be out in September.  The same source adds that U2's follow-up to 2009's "No Line on the Horizon" could be released later that month or in October.
