Contestants dressed like Elaine from Seinfeld and showed off their worst moves in what could be the funniest contest ever created.

I don't typically enjoy watching dance competitions but it is fun to watch people make a fool of themselves for a few minutes for a good laugh. Here is one dance off that I could watch all day.

Most people battle it out on the dance floor to see who is the best dancer. A minor league baseball team in New York has contestants show off their horrible moves based on Julia Louis-Dreyfus's character Elaine from the sitcom Seinfeld. Her character was well known for being a terrible and awkward dancer.

Seinfeld remains to be one of the most popular sitcoms ever created.

The show left behind some memorable moments and Elaine's terrible dancing might be at the top of the list.

The Brooklyn Cyclones apparently have an Elaine themed dancing contest every year and contestants really bought it at a recent baseball game.

Several Elaine look-alikes danced in the middle of the baseball diamond in front of the entire stadium. According to Instagram, Mary Notari brought home the coveted trophy. I wonder if she'll have to go to a game next year and defend the title.

The team posted a video of the highlights from the most recent contest on their Instagram page.
